Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love what you order—whether it’s made just for you or ready to ship. Here's how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges for different types of purchases:
🧵 Custom-Made Items (Made to Order)
Most of our apparel—like the Custom Year T-Shirts—is made on demand, just for you. Because of that, we don’t accept returns or exchanges due to:
Sizing issues
Change of mind
Shipping delays beyond our control
But! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got you. Send us a photo, your order number, and a note to charity@lachacha.me within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll issue a replacement or refund—your choice.
📦 Non-Custom Items – 30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for non-custom products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, email us at charity@lachacha.me. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you:
A prepaid return shipping label
Instructions on how and where to send your package

Please note:
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards
International returns may take longer, depending on your location
🔄 Exchanges
Want a different size or style? The fastest way is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and refunded, simply place a new order for the item you want.
🇪🇺 European Union – 3-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 3 days, no questions asked. Your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging—and accompanied by proof of purchase.
💻 Digital Products
All digital items (like downloadable guides, printables, or online files) are final sale and non-returnable. If you experience technical issues accessing your files, reach out—we’re happy to help troubleshoot.
💳 Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If so, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Heads up: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t seen it hit your account, please contact us at lachachatravels@gmail.com.
